These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Loraand. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Your place will be reserved once your booking has been completed and payment has been successfully received.
Following your booking, you will receive a Rider Declaration & Participant Information Form, which must be completed before your participation can be confirmed.
Once your completed declaration has been reviewed and accepted, your booking will be confirmed.
Loraand reserves the right to refuse participation if the Rider Declaration is not completed, contains inaccurate information, or indicates that participation may present an unacceptable safety risk to yourself or others. Where participation is refused, any refund will be considered in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Participants must arrive fit to ride.
You must not attend while under the influence of alcohol or drugs that impair your ability to ride safely.
If you have any medical condition or are taking medication that could affect your ability to ride safely, this must be disclosed in your Rider Declaration.
Loraand provides guided recreational rides, not motorcycle training or instruction.
Participants remain responsible for their own riding decisions, speed and actions at all times.
You must comply with all road traffic laws and follow the guide's instructions throughout the tour.
Off-road motorcycle riding involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated, even when routes are carefully planned and guided.
Despite careful planning and route selection, accidents may occur which could result in:
By participating, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your own participation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Tours operate in most weather conditions.
Tours will only be cancelled or postponed where weather or route conditions make it unsafe to continue.
If Loraand cancels a tour, customers will be offered either:
By booking a tour, you are reserving a limited place and committing to attend on the selected date.
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances or an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I appreciate that unexpected situations can arise, and while I can't guarantee a refund or transfer, I'll always take the time to consider each situation individually and do my best to find a fair outcome.
Loraand reserves the right to cancel, postpone or alter a tour due to:
Where possible, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards:
Dangerous, reckless or aggressive riding will not be tolerated.
Loraand reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund if their behaviour compromises safety.
Any participant removed from the tour due to unsafe or unacceptable behaviour will not be entitled to a refund.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their motorcycle is appropriately insured and for any damage to their own motorcycle, equipment or personal belongings.
Loraand accepts no responsibility for mechanical failures, punctures or accidental damage occurring during the tour unless caused by its own negligence.
If a participant's motorcycle suffers a mechanical failure during the tour, Loraand will make every reasonable effort to assist, including, where safe and appropriate, using recovery equipment to help move the motorcycle to a suitable location. However, participants remain responsible for arranging and paying for the recovery and transportation of their motorcycle should it be unable to continue.
Photographs and video may be taken during tours.

Participants may opt out by indicating this on their Rider Declaration.

Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Requests to transfer to another available tour date will be considered where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable law, participants are responsible for their own riding decisions and accept the inherent risks associated with off-road motorcycling.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
